Hair Culture Team Recommendation: for someone who has chemically treated hair for example, lightened or coloured, permed or permanently straightened hair. It helps hair to look shiny and feel soft, as due to its ingredients it is a very hydrating mask. It does protect your colour from fading but does not refresh the colour. If your hair is very damaged use it every wash and do not use the conditioner, keep it only for few minutes, but once a week do the home treatment routine ( explained bellow). If you want to strengthened your hair use it once a week. Home treatment technique: apply mask on your clean, shampooed twice hair, pour very hot water on the towel let it  cool of for couple of minutes so you could touch it then put it on your hair and let it cool of completely, then rinse the mask of your hair, you can do this this once a week as part of your home treatment routine.
